Despite cultural and linguistic challenges, she graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management. She enjoyed a 34-year career with ExxonMobil, where she held prominent roles in the U.S. and internationally. 

De La Rosa represented ExxonMobil at events hosted by the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and other organizations, serving as a mentor to young professionals and guiding them through the corporate world. Her passion for mentoring remains one of her proudest achievements.
